17.36.160   Wall signs.
   A.   Projection. Wall signs shall project not more than twentyfour inches except they may not project into any alley more than one foot.
   B.   Maximum Height. Wall signs shall not extend more than twelve inches above the highest point of parapet or roof supporting building.
   C.   Vertical Clearance. Wall signs shall maintain the following minimum vertical clearance where they project over:
      1.   Alley: minimum of fourteen feet;
      2.   Other public property: minimum of ten feet.
   D.   Area. No wall sign may cover any required window or required exit.
