A. Location. All supports of pole signs shall be placed upon private property.
B. Projection. Pole signs may not project over public property.
C. Heights. No pole sign shall be more than thirtyfive feet in height above the mean average of the lot on which it is constructed.
D. Area Limitation.
1. A total area of one and one-half square feet for each lineal foot of building frontage or one-half square foot for each lineal foot of lot frontage, whichever results in the larger sign area, but the maximum total area of all signs permitted for any establishment shall not exceed a total of two hundred square feet for all pole signs on the premises facing the street frontage upon which the sign is constructed.
2. Where the frontage is on more than one street, only the signs computed with the frontage of that street shall face that street.
3. A double-face sign shall be considered as two signs for the purpose of establishing the allowable size of the sign.
