17.32.080   Number of spaces required.
   For the purpose of this title the following parking space requirement shall apply:

   3.   Funeral parlors, mortuaries
One for each 100 square feet of floor area in slumber rooms, or parlors
   4.   Medical, dental and veterinary offices
Four spaces for each doctor plus one for each employee
   5.   Auto repair and body shops
Two for each service bay
   6.   Motor vehicles, sales, repair and rental
One space for each 400 square feet of sales, rental and repair area
   7.   Banks, financial institutions
One for each 400 square feet of floor area. Drive-in windows must be provided with four stacking spaces per window
   8.   Restaurants, taverns
One for each four seats plus one for each employee
   9.   Car wash
Three stacking spaces for each wash bay plus one parking space for each employee
   10.   Drive-in restaurants
One space for each 50 square feet of gross floor area or a minimum of 10 spaces whichever is greater. Drive-in windows must be provided with five stacking spaces per window
   11.   All other rental, service, or business uses permitted in the business districts
One space for each 200 square feet of gross floor area
   12.   Offices, business, professional and governmental
One space for each 400 square feet of gross floor area
Recreational
 
   1.   Auditoriums

Four for each alley plus one for each employee
   4.   Theater, indoor
One space for each four seats plus one for each employee
   5.   Theaters, drive-in
Eight stacking spaces for each ticket booth
   6.   Miniature golf
One space for each tee
Institutions
 
   1.   Churches and other places of religious assembly
One for each four seats
   2.   Hospitals
One for each bed
   3.   Nursing homes
One for each two beds
   4.   Libraries, museums and art galleries
One for every 400 square feet of floor area
   5.   Schools, elementary, child care centers, nursery schools
Two for each classroom and one for every eight in auditoriums or assembly halls
   6.   Schools, secondary
One for every four students and one for each teacher and employee
   7.   Schools, post secondary
One for each two students and one for each teacher and employee
Industrial
 
   1.   Freight terminals, parcel delivery, and similar uses
One for each employee and one for each vehicle maintained on the premises
   2.   All types of manufacturing, storage and wholesale uses permitted in any.industrial district
One for every employee (on the largest shift for which the building is designed) plus one for each motor vehicle used in the business
