Temporary structures, mobile homes and storage areas on construction sites; temporary structures on sites of grading operations, temporary signs, the use of open land for meetings, circuses or carnivals or the sale of Christmas trees, baked goods, or collected clothing or the like, if no permanent structure is erected.
