24. Retail business establishments whose principal activity is conducted within an enclosed building.

28. Service stations, bulk plants, and tire repair shops.
29. Storage facilities—commercial.

32. U.S. post office.
33. Utilities—public or private, except electrical substations, gas regulator stations and microwave reflectors .
34. Veterinary hospitals and offices existing as of May 1, 1991, may continue under the following conditions:
a. The lawful use of the buildings, structures, and premises, as a veterinary clinic and hospital, existing at the time of adoption of the ordinance codified in this title, although such use does not conform to the provisions hereof, may be continued; provided, that the use of the buildings and structures comply with the following requirements :
i. That any buildings or structures used for the confinement of hooved animals shall not be enlarged more than fifty percent from their present existing size;
ii. That any buildings or structures used for the confinement of hooved animals shall be completely enclosed, with the exception of air ventilation spaces as the same presently exist;
iii. That any hooved animals left on the premises shall be confined to the enclosed buildings or structures mentioned in subsection (34)(a)(ii) of this section, and shall remain in said buildings or structures only as long as is necessary for diagnosis and treatment of said animals;
iv. That the buildings or structures on the premises shall be cleaned regularly and all waste removed so that there are no foul or offensive odors emanating from the buildings, structures and premises.
b. If the use of the building and premises as a veterinary clinic and hospital is discontinued for a period of five years, such premises may not be used as a veterinary clinic or hospital thereafter.
