For the purpose of measuring depth of required yards, all protruding portions of buildings or structures shall be considered part of the building or structure.
A. Front Yard. A ten-foot front yard shall be provided on all frontages or not less than original structure where there are no existing structures. Where there are existing structures, the front yard depth shall not be less than the presently existing front yard depth.
B. Side Yard. Side yards shall be not less than seven and one half feet, with at least fifteen feet between trailers or mobile homes.
C. Rear Yard. A rear yard shall be provided not less than forty feet in depth.
