15.24.010   Bulk limitations—-Requirements.
   From and after June 2, 1955, no one shall move any building, structure or other object having a greater width than eight feet, or greater length than forty feet, or having greater weight than that allowed upon the highways of this state, without first obtaining a permit for moving such building, structure or object from the city engineer.
