All tourist campgrounds , tourist cabins and trailer courts located within the city limits shall be maintained and operated in compliance with the regulations of the State Board of Health, as adopted by said board under authority of Section 69-113, Revised Codes of Montana of 1947, as said regulations now exist, or as the same may be hereafter amended or modified.
