Buildings on the rear of lots separate from other buildings shall be of galvanized steel of not less than twenty-four gage twin channel or similar fireproof material when used for private garages or storerooms. Floors must be of noncombustible material. Doors and window frames must be metal-covered, no exposed wood allowed.
