All portions of the city contained within the following described blocks: The west half of Block 3, west half of Block 17, west half of Block 26, all of Blocks 4, 11, 12, 18, 25, and east half of Block 5, east half of Block 10 and east half of Block 19 of the townsite of Chinook shall constitute and be known as the fire limits of the city.
