13.36.050   Compliance with provisions required.
   It shall be the duty of the city to see that the provisions of this chapter are complied with, and to make such other and further rules and regulations as may be necessary for the conservation of the public health in the city agreeable to all the laws, rules and regulations of the state, pertaining to sanitary conditions and the public health.
