DISPOSITION OF ORDINANCES TABLE
13.36.010   Creation.
   The public health and necessity require the creation of a sanitary district in the city and certain regulations shall be adopted and made effective within said district to preserve the public health and sanitary conditions in the city.
   Such a sanitary district shall be and is declared to be created.
