2.08.020 Appointive officers designated.

   As soon as convenient after each election, the mayor shall appoint his subordinate officers subject to the confirmation by the majority vote of the city council as follows:

   A.   One clerk;

   B.   One chief of police;

   C.   One attorney;

   D.   One public works director;

   E.   One water collector;

   F.   One assistant water collector;

   G.   One city treasurer.
