11.16.040   Animals restricted.
   A.   No hoofed animals shall remain overnight in any city park or on any city property.
   B.   All dogs and cats of overnight campers shall be subject to City of Chinook leash laws.
   C.   Overnight campers shall be responsible for the cleanup and proper removal of all dog and cat feces left by their pets in the city parks designated in Section 11.16.020.
