Mail boxes shall only be allowed on boulevards on Indiana Street south of Fourth Street, and on Third Street west of the post office to Cleveland Road West (the dike road). Mail boxes shall be erected in strict compliance with U.S. postal regulations. In the event residents along the aforementioned streets shall no longer be on established government mail routes and thereby entitled to a free box at the post office, this allowance shall cease and no mail boxes shall be allowed in the such city boulevards.
