Vehicle parking, as defined by this section, shall be permitted on boulevards of the city, provided such parking does not block sidewalks, interfere with pedestrian traffic, or interfere with proper upkeep and maintenance of the boulevard and grass. "Vehicle parking permitted herein" is defined as the right-hand wheels of a vehicle being parallel to and upon the right-hand boulevard.
Vehicles shall further be parked in strict compliance with all other requirements of Chapter 10.20 of the municipal code.
