With the exception of funeral processions and parades of the armed forces of the United States or the military forces of this state, no procession or parade shall be conducted on the streets and thoroughfares of the municipality. The persons or groups to whom such permits are issued shall only occupy, march or proceed along any street in accordance with the terms of the permit and such regulations as are set forth in this chapter which may be applicable.
