2.04.070   Motion for reconsideration.
   When a question has been put undecided, it shall be in order for any member who voted with the majority to move for a reconsideration thereof. A motion for reconsideration, if lost, shall not again be made at the same meeting of the council, nor shall any question be reconsidered more than once.
