8.28.030 Unlawful to sell or discharge fireworks.

It is unlawful for any individual, firm, partnership, association or corporation to sell or offer for sale, or discharge fireworks within the city limits or city property located outside the city limits/ except as provided under Sections 8.28.020 and 8.28.040 of this chapter.
