"Combustible liquid" means any liquid having a flash point at or above one hundred degrees F. Combustible liquids shall be subdivided as follows:
Class II liquids shall include those having flash points at or above one hundred degrees F and below one hundred forty degrees F.
Class III-A liquids shall include those having flash points at or above one hundred forty degrees F and below two hundred degrees F.
Class III-B liquids shall include those liquids having flash points at or above two hundred degrees F.
"Flammable liquid" means any liquid having a flash point below one hundred degrees F and having a vapor pressure not exceeding forty pounds per square inch (absolute) at one hundred degrees F.
Class I liquids shall include those having flash points below one hundred degrees F and may be subdivided as follows:
Class I-A shall include those having flash points below seventythree degrees F and having a boiling point below one hundred degrees F.
Class I-B shall include those having flash points below seventythree degrees F and having a boiling point at or above one hundred degrees F.
Class I-C shall include those having flash points at or above seventythree degrees F and below one hundred degrees F.
