8.20.010   Loading, unloading—Attendant present.
   No gasoline or other explosive or inflammable liquids or materials shall be loaded, unloaded or discharged from tank cars or tank trucks within the city limits unless a competent attendant is continually present during the process of loading or unloading and is supervising such process.
