8.16.090   Violation—Penalty.
   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter, or any rules or regulations made under this chapter by the city council by virtue of this chapter, shall be subject to a fine of not less than twentyfive dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense.
