§ 153.021 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.

This chapter shall apply to all Special Flood Hazard Areas within the jurisdiction, including extraterritorial jurisdictions (ETJs), of Chimney Rock Village, North Carolina, and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to such applicability.
