(a) The Mayor or his designee are hereby authorized to develop rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable EEO standards by contractors involved in projects using City moneys.
(b) Any contractor who violates a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to subsection (a) hereof shall be subject to: immediate cancellation of all pending City work; denial of any right to perform any work for the City in the future involving the use of City funds; or, any combination of these two.
