111.09 ASSISTANT CLERK OF COUNCIL.

There is created the position of Assistant to the Clerk of Council. The duties of the Assistant shall be to serve notices and make his return thereof for pending improvements in the City. The Assistant Clerk shall receive fifteen cents (15¢) for each notice served for which the City Auditor is authorized to draw once against the respective improvement funds.
