§ 39.120 Street Closures and Usage Dedication of the City Square or Park(s) by the Mayor

The Mayor of the city is hereby authorized to close city streets and to dedicate the city square or city park(s) for the following annual community events, including but not limited to:

   (a)   Homecoming parade;

   (b)   Park Board “Trunk or Treat” or other community activity;

   (c)   Christmas parade; and

   (d)   Antique car show.
