§ 73.05 Exception

Property owners who own recreational vehicles may receive an exception to the setback requirements of § 73.02(a)(1) and (a)(3) by requesting an inspection and receiving a waiver, by the city's Fire Marshall or Fire Chief, stating that the setback does not create a fire hazard or obstruct access in the event of a fire.
