§ 39.52 Streets and Drainage Manager
(a)   The office of Streets and Drainage Manager is created.
(b)   Duties.
   (1)   The Streets and Drainage Manager shall, on a monthly basis, develop a list which will identify and recommend to the Mayor and Director of Public Works the repair and maintenance of the City's street and drainage systems.
   (2)   The Streets and Drainage Manager shall report to the Director of Public Works who will develop a schedule to make sure that both the needs identified by the Streets and Drainage Manager and the repair and maintenance of all the other assets of the City are accomplished.
