§ 130.40A  Prohibiting Certain Signs Advertising and Depicting Alcoholic Beverages
   (a)   Signs advertising or depicting a specific brand of alcoholic beverage in any window or in any other manner visible from the public right-of-way are prohibited; provided, however, the generic words “beer”, “ale”, “'wine”, “liquor” and “spirits” may be included in otherwise allowed signage.
   (b)   Any person, firm or corporation that violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of, the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).  Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
