(a) Any person desiring to move or relocate any old or used house, building, or structure within the corporate limits shall pay a fee of fifty dollar ($50.00) to help defray the cost of processing the permit application.

(b) Any person desiring to move or relocate any old or used house, building or structure within the corporate limits shall pay a refundable deposit of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) to insure the security of utilities and lot cleanup.
