The fee for an itinerant vendor's license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month or any part thereof. Application fees are fifteen dollars ($15.00) non-refundable. Where any person engages in any activity mentioned in § 112.01 of this Code through one or more agents or employees, such person or association shall, in addition to such one hundred dollar ($100.00) fee, pay a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each agent or employee so engaged.
