In conformance with, and by application of, the FCC's rules and regulations regarding rate regulation, the basic service tier rate (including the senior citizen rate and resetting mechanism) and the equipment and installation rates, and increases thereof, set forth in §§ 175.01 and 175.02 above are approved for Cablevision by the city. Any franchise fees, FCC user or regulatory fees or any other tax, fee or assessment imposed by any governmental authority on Cablevision shall be in addition to the rates approved in §§ 175.01 and 175.02. These rates and increases shall be applicable for the period commencing on April 1, 1995 and terminating on March 31, 1999.
