Either earthen or steel slush pits shall be permitted in connection with the drilling operation. In the event a steel pit is used, the pit and its contents shall be removed from the premises and the drilling site within thirty (30) days after completion of the well. In the event an earthen slush pit is used, all mud shall be removed, and the pit shall be filled and leveled within thirty (30) days after completion of the well.
