The city is committed to the maintenance of a safe working environment for our employees and others who may come into contact with our workplaces. Because the use of alcohol, drugs, and controlled substances have been shown to substantially increase work place accident incidence and severity, and reduce employee dependability and productivity, the following interdiction plan is implemented to safeguard the health of our employees and others.
