§ 131.06 Penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day or on which a violation occurs or continues.
