It shall be unlawful for any person sixteen (16) or less years of age (under seventeen (17)) to be or remain in or upon the streets or parking lots within the city at night during the period ending at 6:00 a.m. and beginning at 10:00 p.m. during all days of the week, and for the daylight hours in which the public schools conduct classes on days the public schools are in session in this district for minors sixteen (16) or less years of age.
