It shall be unlawful for any person to tack, tie, or in any other manner fasten upon any electric light pole, telephone or telegraph pole, or street light in the city any poster, placard, or other advertising matter for a period of time longer than sixty (60) days or for more than ten (10) days after the date of the event being advertised.
