§ 130.34  Public Displays of Explicit Sexual Material
   (a)   It shall be unlawful to knowingly place explicit sexual materials on public display or to knowingly fail to take prompt action to remove such display from property in his possession after learning of its existence.
   (b)   For purposes of this section, the following words and terms shall have the indicated meaning:
      (1)   Explicit sexual material means any pictorial or three dimensional material depicting "deviate sexual intercourse", "sexual contact", or "sexual intercourse".
      (2)   Deviate sexual intercourse means:
         (i)    any contact between any part of the genitals of one person in the mouth or anus of another person; or
         (ii)   the penetration of the genitals or the anus of another person with an object.
      (3)   Sexual contact means any touching of the anus, breasts, or any part of the genitals of another person with intent to arouse the sexual desire of any person.
      (4)   Sexual intercourse means any penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ.
      (5)   Public display means any billboard, viewing screen, theater marquee, newsstand, display rack, window showcase, display case, or similar place so that explicit sexual material is visible from a public thoroughfare or the property of others.
