§ 111.12  Declaration Of Public Nuisance
   Any inoperative motor vehicle or parts thereof which are visible from a public place, public right-of-way, or property of another within the city shall be deemed to be a public nuisance and it shall be unlawful for any person to cause or to maintain such a public nuisance by wrecking, dismantling, partially dismantling, rendering inoperable, abandoning, or discarding a motor vehicle on the real property of another or suffer, permit, or allow any inoperative motor vehicle or part thereof to be left, parked, or maintained on his own real property for the purposes of resale of the parts thereof without compliance with the terms and conditions of this chapter.  Failure to comply with the terms of this chapter shall be deemed to constitute a public nuisance.
