(a) In the event anyone who has been found guilty of a violation of this chapter does not remove the junked vehicles as ordered by the municipal judge, that person shall be subject to the civil remedies for the enforcement of this chapter as set in § 54.012 of the Texas Local Government Code.
(b) Chapter 54, subchapter B §§ 54.023 et seq., of the Texas Local Government Code are adopted by reference and enforced as part of this Code of Ordinances.
