§ 31.24  Disposition Of Controlled Substances
   All controlled substances, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and money seized by the police department shall be taken into custody and disposed of in accordance with V.T.C.A., Health & Safety, §§ 481.159 ­ 481.160.
