§ 93.80  Enforcement Through Courts
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as abridging the right of the city to resort to the courts of this state for the enforcement of this chapter or of the rights of any owner to resort to the courts of this state in an attempt to enjoin the enforcement of this chapter.
