§ 92.33 Fire Prevention Board Created

The Fire Prevention Board is hereby established. Said board shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of the City Council. Said appointments shall be made at the first regular council meeting after the regular election date of the Mayor. Board members shall serve a term concurrent with that of the Mayor.
