§ 92.30  Destruction Of Buildings
   The Fire Department, in the course of attempting to extinguish a fire, may destroy buildings deemed hazardous by the Fire Chief and the Mayor.  Such destruction and the payment of damages, if any is to be made, shall be done in accordance with the provisions of V.T.C.S., Art. 1070.
