§ 91.01  Definition Of Terms
   As used in this chapter:
   Discriminatory Housing Practice means an act that is unlawful under § 91.02, § 91.03, and § 91.04.
   Dwelling means any building, structure, or portion thereof, which is occupied as or designed and intended for occupancy as a residence by one (1) or more families, and vacant land which is offered for sale or leased for the construction or location thereon of any such building, structure or portion thereof.
   Family includes a single individual.
   Officer means the individual designated human relations and equal opportunity officer by the Mayor.
   Person includes one (1) or more individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, labor organizations, legal representatives, mutual companies, joint stock companies, trusts, unincorporated organizations, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, receivers, fiduciaries, and any other organization or entity of whatever character.
   To Rent includes to lease, to sublease, to let, and otherwise to grant for a consideration the right to occupy premises not owned by the occupant.
