§ 90.72  Unclaimed Animals
   (a)   Any animal not claimed withing five (5) days of impoundment will be disposed of as deemed appropriate.
   (b)   It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Officer, or any of his or her deputies, or any city police officer(s) to pay all moneys collected under the terms of this chapter to the City Secretary.
