§ 90.19  Population Limits Of Dogs And Cats
   No residence shall have more than four (4) dogs and/or cats older than six (6) months of age.  Dogs and cats are subject to § 90.16 and will be subject to impoundment as long as the dogs and/or cats are deemed to be at large, whether on the city streets or at their residence.
