All wrecker operators shall carry standard liability insurance in limits of not less than the following sums:
(1) For damage arising out of bodily injury to or death of one person in any one accident — $250,000.00.
(2) For damage arising out of bodily injury to or death of two (2) or more persons in any one accident — $500,000.00.
(3) For injury to or destruction of property in any one accident — $50,000.00.
All wrecker operators who have storage yards shall carry a minimum of $25,000 insurance to cover theft or vandalism from said yard.
