If utility service is discontinued or reconnected, a fee shall be required as prescribed in § 16.06 of the Fee Schedule (Appendix 1 of this Code) for each time a city employee discontinues or reconnects service. If the meter is pulled to prevent unauthorized use of water, an additional charge shall be made in the amount prescribed in § 16.06 of the Fee Schedule (Appendix 1 of this Code).
