10.20.030   Alteration of tire marking evidence - Prohibited.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, erase, deface, obliterate, alter, or render unusable for the purposes of enforcing the provisions of this title any chalk mark, marker or other device placed on a vehicle or any portion thereof by a city employee for the purpose of measuring the passage of time of a vehicle stopped, standing or parked on any street or parking lot.
